Right Step installed new LVP floors for me last week. They were right on time and communicative both for the quote and the install, they gave me options, really listened to what I wanted, and helped me choose flooring perfect for my home. The actual installation went perfectly smoothly, they were super efficient and polite and asked questions to make sure every detail turned out the way I wanted it. The price I paid was MUCH lower than the last quote I was given by another company. The finished floors turned out beautifully and they make me smile every day. This was a pretty ideal home improvement experience for me- I would absolutely hire these guys again and I recommend them to anyone looking for new floors. I can't say enough positive things about this company. When Lucas came to measure for a quote, he was on time and no small talk to 'make him seem better than others'. He measured and asked what flooring I was thinking. I told him I would probably have it brought to the house. He showed me the samples he had and we both pointed to the same one at the same time. Not the priciest, not the cheapest but what fit the space/colors perfectly. He sent a detailed quote, no bloated prices. Asked the best time to start and he made it happen. Very professional, very protective of keeping my home secure. Kept in constant touch and sent pictures throughout. He took the time to make sure what was done was how I asked it to be. Once he was finished, I immediately asked him to do another job. And yes, the next job I need, he will be my first and only call. Professional, courteous, very fair pricing. When I walked in after the job was finished, it was absolutely clean enough to eat off the floors. No trash, clean as if they were never there, except the beautiful flooring. I asked them to move two appliances near the door since I was replacing them and they did, no damage to the floor. There were heavy boxes to move around while doing the flooring, no issue, no complaints. You can tell they know what they are doing and feel secure the job will get done and get done to your satisfaction. I'd give ten stars. Will be calling Lucas very near in the future!

We had a pipe burst causing water damage. We had some damage to existing hardwoods and to LVP. We decided to repair the hardwoods and have the damaged LVP replaced with hardwood. Lucas was extremely helpful and communicative throughout the entire process and did an amazing job. He was able to start the project very quickly and finished within a week. The floors look amazing and we couldn’t be happier with how they did. I would highly recommend going with them for any flooring project.

Lucas did such a terrific job. The home builders basically threw the floor down on the concrete slab without sealing it,or leveling the concrete.Not only did Lucas replace the flooring but thin coated the concrete so it was level, waterproofed the concrete so it wouldn't get wet again. Lucas went above expectations to assure we wouldn't have that problem agai. Please if you need flooring work done, do yourself a favor and give Lucas a call.

Lucas literally transformed the dining room floor in my 108 year old home. My original flooring can only be described as a disaster as it had many holes, no finish left as well as paint splattered everywhere from previous owners failing to use drop cloths. I was embarrassed to have anyone in my dining room because of the floor. .After completion, you would not even recognize this as the same floor. It is absolutely beautiful! Prior to this job I had many concerns regarding dust remaining all over my house from the sanding. I was amazed that there was no dust in my home. I cannot say enough good things about Lucas and the meticulous job that he did. He is pleasant to work with and shows a maturity and work ethic beyond his years. As my budget permits, I will definitely be hiring him for additional jobs in my home. He is very reasonably priced and is very quick to give a turnaround estimate.

We needed a small repair done on a broken floorboard in our stairwell. When I called Right Step Flooring - the phone call was picked up immediately and Lucas did a great job of listening to my problem and suggesting a couple solutions to help me decide on what would work best. I did not have to wait long for an appointment, Lucas was very prompt, did the job quickly, efficiently and well. I appreciated that I did not feel pushed to get the repair done in any specific way and while different priced solutions and methods were suggested - with their pros and cons - I did not feel pressured or upsold. After completing the repair, Lucas cleaned up, and was on his way leaving me with a beautiful and functional floor where I had a loose floorboard less than 2 hours before. Next time I need any job, big or small, on my floor, I'm sure I'll be calling Right Step Flooring first.
